The Vivo Y300c supports 44W Flash Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y300c on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.

The Vivo Y300c runs OriginOS 5 is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo Y300c is a dual-SIM mobile. The Vivo Y300c measures 163.57 x 76.18 x 7.79mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 199.00 grams. It was launched in Green Pine and Snow White and Star Diamond Black colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y300c include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, USB OTG, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Vivo Y300c supports face unlock.
