Published by Road to Infamy Games, and themed around the classic pop art movement (think Andy Warhol’s Campbell’s Soup Can series), this fascinating drafting and tableau-building game uses a mix of colored background cards and transparent cards you can lay on top.

When stacked together, a new visual emerges, which is then scored around particular objectives, such as using more objects than your opponent or having more portraits or particular colors in one of your rows. The dynamic that emerges is one of a light puzzle game, as you seek to display your cards in a way that maximizes your score; doing this creates a display that mimics the feel of an art gallery you’ve curated. Pop Art is distinct and clever, and a good pick if you’ve been looking for something a bit different.
