Take an Extra Off My Favorite Mattress With This Code

I’m a picky person when it comes to mattresses. Of the hundreds I’ve tested over my career as a certified sleep coach and mattress tester, I have a short list of ones that have exceeded my expectations. At the top of my list is the Nolah Evolution, with the distinct honor of being the mattress I personally own. Given my job, that’s got to be like the equivalent of a Grammy or Emmy in the mattress world.

Rapidly approaching Presidents’ Day is one of the best mattress sales weekends of the year (and I do mean best—keep your eyes peeled on WIRED.com for more of our sales coverage). If your current mattress isn’t holding up well and is wreaking havoc on your sleep, this is the time to do something about it. Sleep deprivation can only last for so long before something gives, and you don’t want it to be your sanity.

Nolah is currently running a pretty solid promotion, offering 35 percent off site-wide through Jan. 19. But let’s sweeten the deal—your sleep’s at stake, after all. For WIRED readers, you can take an additional $50 off when you use our code WIRED50.

A bit about the Nolah Evolution hybrid mattress: It’s one of the rare mattresses that supports pretty much every sleep position and body type. Whether you rotate among your side, back, and stomach, as I do, or stick strictly to your side, this bed’s zoned foams and pocketed coils have you and your lower back covered.

The mattress also does a pretty good job of temperature control, given its ventilation features like breathable mesh around the sides. But with this money-saving promo and warmer months arriving before we know it, you may also want to splurge for the cooling pillow top for a palpably cooler feel.
