We’re just a few weeks away from the launch of Splatoon Raiders, the Nintendo Switch 2-exclusive PvE Splatoon spin-off, and we got another look at it during today’s Nintendo Direct. Launching July 23, today’s Splatoon Raiders trailer highlights more of the third-person shooter gameplay players can expect in the game.

Plus, Nintendo has announced it will host a Splatoon Raiders Nintendo Direct on June 30. It also revealed that in the Nintendo Today app, you can see the Splatoon story events leading up to Raiders with daily comics ahead of launch. There will also be a Splatoon Raiders Splatfest in July.

Check it all out in the latest Splatoon Raiders trailer below:

In Splatoon Raiders, players will control a customizable Inkling mechanic who travels to a new setting called the Spirhalite Islands alongside Deep Cut, the trio of musicians from Splatoon 3. There, your mechanic and Deep Cut will fight off the villainous Salmonids using familiar paint-based weapons like guns, brushes, and more. Nintendo calls the game a “single-player-focused” Splatoon experience, but you can also play with up to three other players in online co-op.

Nintendo previously announced that when Splatoon Raiders launches on July 23, it will do so alongside three new Amiibo – Raiders versions of Shiver, Big Man, and Frye – and you can check them out in the image below:

Splatoon Raiders launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2 on July 23.

In the meantime, read Game Informer’s Splatoon 3 review, and then check out the Splatoon Raiders reveal trailer from last year.
