Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition Announced

After years of speculation, Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition was formally revealed during today’s Little Nightmares Showcase. Best of all, this remaster is launching on the same day as Little Nightmares III.

Originally released in 2017, Little Nightmares stars Six, a young girl trying to escape a surreal and terrifying underwater ship called The Maw. The Enhanced Edition gives the well-received game a 4K resolution facelift and 60 frames per second gameplay. The graphics also feature volumetric lighting and more particle effects. You can see the comparisons between the Enhanced Edition and the original game in the announcement trailer below (the Enhanced footage is on the right side).

Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition launches on October 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2, and PC. However, you can play it right now if you pre-order a digital copy of Little Nightmares III, which grants early access to the game. You can read our original review of Little Nightmares here.
