Nintendo has announced an online demo event for its upcoming racing game, Kirby Air Riders. It will take place early next month, a couple of weeks before its launch on Switch 2 on November 20.
Kirby Air Riders director Masahiro Sakurai, who hosted the hour-long direct today, ended his presentation with details about the online demo event, which Nintendo is calling a Global Test Ride. Players will have multiple chances to jump into Kirby Air Riders, though you’ll need a Nintendo Switch Online membership to participate.
Here’s When The Kirby Air Riders Online Demo Event Takes Place
- November 8: 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. PT, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. PT
- November 9: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. PT
- November 15: 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. PT, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. PT
- November 16: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. PT
As for what to expect during the Global Test Ride, Sakurai didn’t mention anything specific. Kirby Air Riders has multiple modes, though, including City Trial, Air Ride, and more. We’ll have to see what we can all get our hands on when the demo event begins next month.
