Battlefield 6 Gets World Premiere Trailer This Week

EA has officially announced Battlefield 6, and its world premiere trailer is set to debut this week on Thursday, July 24.

Unfortunately, there’s no other information about the game right now, so players will have to wait until the trailer to see what the next entry entails. Battlefield 6 will presumably be partially helmed by Motive Studios, the team behind the Dead Space remake and an upcoming Iron Man game, following a 2024 report that a new internal team would help develop future games in the franchise. Motive is said to be working with long-time Battlefield developer DICE alongside other EA studios like Criterion and Ripple Effect.

You can check out the trailer once it goes live on Thursday below.

Battlefield 6 entered pre-production in 2022 and is said to be built on the lessons from 2021’s Battlefield 2042, which launched to a disappointing reception from fans and critics. You can read our review of that game here.
