If you already spend a good chunk of your day listening to audiobooks, Audible wants to start rewarding you for it. The company has launched Audible Rewards, a new program that turns your everyday listening habits into perks, discounts, and exclusive goodies.

It is free to join through the Audible app, website, or Amazon.com, and it is available to both Standard and Premium plan members in the US starting today across iOS, Android, and web.

How Audible Rewards actually pays off for you

The program works through several earning mechanisms that stack up over time. Listening Day Rewards lets you accumulate listening days by tuning in for at least five minutes a day, with milestone discounts unlocking along the way. Days do not need to be consecutive, so you can go at your own pace.

There is also a Spend 3 Credits, Get 1 Free promotion for members who like stocking up on titles. If you refer three friends to Audible, you pocket a $15 reward, and each friend you bring in gets $5 just for signing up. Every 12 months, Audible also drops a free credit or voucher as an anniversary gift for sticking around another year.

The challenges and perks that make it more interesting

Beyond the everyday rewards, Audible Rewards includes gamified challenges to keep things fresh. The Multi-Title Challenge awards achievement badges at three tiers: Engaged, Enthusiastic, and Dedicated, depending on whether you finish three, four, or five titles within four months.

At launch, there is also a Harry Potter series challenge where completing all seven Full-Cast Audio Editions earns you an exclusive collectible badge. Members who have been around for a while and enroll within the first six months of the program get a bonus discount toward a future title.

You can track everything through the Rewards Hub inside the app. The program is set to expand internationally in 2027. Audible has been expanding its reach lately, and if you missed it, you can now stream Audible’s best podcasts directly from Apple Podcasts.
